Service Description

This is for the family who has sleep questions, and feels like they need some help in understanding their baby's sleep norms, and how to get the most rest for the whole family. During this session, Loreli will work through an assessment of your current sleep situation, your goals for your baby and your families sleep and overall well-being, and then develop a plan to help you achieve those goals. This consultation is ideal for families with children who are up to 30 months old and still sleeping in their crib. This is for your family if you need the support, encouragement, and help to develop the self trust needed to get you and your baby sleeping better and feeling more rested!  *Note that price includes 5% GST

Cancellation Policy

Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives. Consults of any type may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Failing to cancel or reschedule will result in a full charge for your consultation. Sleep coaching service refunds may be granted until the sleep plan is provided, minus a $25 administration fee.
