Service Description

A live, virtual course with Sara, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, where you will learn about breastfeeding your infant. This course is for pregnant people in their 3rd trimester who are planning to breastfeed, or for brand new parents who are just learning how to breastfeed their baby. Having a baby doll or stuffed animal with you during this course will be helpful, as we learn and practice some hands-on things. Upon booking this class, you will receive an email with an eBooklet of the same name. We invite you to use this to follow along, and refer back to after class is done! You will receive a Zoom link for this course a couple days prior to our meet-up :-) Please watch your email (including your Junk folder) for this link! Please note that you do not need to have your camera on during this course, but it may be helpful for Sara to see how you are doing, and help troubleshoot some of the hands-on things that we will learn. Cancellation Policy

Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives. Consults of any type may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Failing to cancel or reschedule will result in a full charge for your consultation. Sleep coaching service refunds may be granted until the sleep plan is provided, minus a $25 administration fee.
