Service Description

This virtual meeting is for all clients prior to purchasing a sleep coaching package, to ensure that your needs and wants align with Loreli's expertise in infant and family sleep. *Please note that you will receive a $20 coupon after attending this session to apply to your sleep plan. If a coupon is used for this consult to decrease the price, your subsequent coupon will be decreased accordingly*

Cancellation Policy

Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives. Consults of any type may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Failing to cancel or reschedule will result in a full charge for your consultation. Sleep coaching service refunds may be granted until the sleep plan is provided, minus a $25 administration fee.
