Summer Online Prenatal Course
Our pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum prep classes are based out of Regina, Saskatchewan, but open to you wherever you are.
This special summer session has been condensed into 4 live online classes, with additional prerecorded lessons included for flexible learning. Whether you are staying close to home, spending time at the lake, travelling, or simply trying to make the most of summer, this format is designed to help you prepare for birth and postpartum without needing to be in one specific place each week.
This session runs weekly for 4 weeks on Thursday evenings from July 2nd-23rd at 7:00–8:30 pm.
Because summer can be full with travel, family time, and changing schedules, this format is designed to give you the core education and connection of live prenatal classes, while also giving you access to prerecorded content you can watch on your own time. The prerecorded content will be sent to you by Loreli after the first live class.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
You will be around 20 to 30 weeks pregnant when the course starts.
You want to understand your body, your pregnancy, and what to expect as birth gets closer.
You want to feel safe, informed, and empowered as you prepare for labour and birth.
You want practical, realistic guidance for postpartum recovery, feeding, newborn care, and life with your baby.
You want the connection and support of live classes, with the flexibility of online learning.
HOW IT WORKS:
The live classes are weekly for 1.5 hours and will be offered online through Zoom, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home.
This summer session includes 4 live classes with Loreli, plus access to additional prerecorded lessons that cover topics we will not be able to spend as much time on during the live sessions. This gives you the best of both worlds: real-time teaching, discussion, and support, along with flexible learning you can complete when it works for you.
You will receive course materials to help you follow along and capture the most important information. When you purchase this course, there will be a download for you to open with more information about the course and any forms to complete. Please do so as soon as possible.
Please note that you are not required to attend with your camera on during Zoom sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives.
Class Location and Time
The class will be live and online via Zoom each week. A link to the class will be sent to participants via email prior to the first class.
This class will be every Thursday from 7-8:30 pm.
We are based in Regina, Saskatchewan, but happily welcome families from across Canada, as our information is obtained from Canadian resources.
Welcome Package
Included with this course is a Welcome Package, filled to the brim with amazing gifts, samples, and coupons from some great small businesses in our community! There will also be a booklet that is a guide for the course. You can utilize this to take notes, and bring it with you during your labour and birth expereince.
You will receive your welcome package prior to your first class.
If you are local to the Regina area and plan to attend class in-person, you will receive Welcome Package at class 1. If you are out of town, or unable to attend class one in person, we will ship your Welcome Package to you a few days ahead of time!
