May Pregnancy to Parenthood Prenatal Class
*Hybrid prenatal classes, offered partially in-person for locals, or entirely online if you are out of town.*
Our pregnancy, childbirth & postpartum prep classes are based out of Regina, Saskatchewan, but open to you wherever you are!
This session is weekly for 6 weeks, every Wednesday from May 22nd to June 26th, 2024 at 7-8:30 pm.
Classes 1, 2, and 3 will be offered in-person, so that locals can attend and get some hands on help from Loreli and Sara.
Classes are also always offered virtually, via our live video streaming platform, so that our out of town clients can still attend and receive this empowering education!
The in-person classes will be hosted in the rec-room of New Hope Lutheran Church. This course is in no way affiliated with this church or any other, and has zero religious affiliations or discussions.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF: You will be 20 to 30 weeks pregnant when the course starts.
You want to understand your body and your pregnancy.
You know that you want to feel safe, secure, and empowered in labour and birth.
You want to know how to plan and prepare for life once baby is here.
HOW IT WORKS: The sessions are weekly for 1.5 hours. Every class will be streamed live via videostreaming, which means you get to take this from the comfort of your own home, wherever that might be!
The first 3 classes will be offered in-person for those who can join us in Regina.
You will receive a Welcome Package with everything you need for the course including welcome goodies and a workbook that will allow you to capture the pertinent information.

Cancellation Policy
Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives.
Class Location and Time
Classes 1, 2, and 3 will be in-person for those people who are local to the Regina area. The class will also be live and online via video-conferencing each week. A link to the class will be sent to participants via email prior to the first class.
This class will be every Wednesday from 7-8:30 pm, whether in-person or via virtual.
We are based in Regina, Saskatchewan, but happily welcome families from across Canada, as our information is obtained from Canadian resources.
Welcome Package
Included with this course is a Welcome Package, filled to the brim with amazing gifts, samples, and coupons from some great small businesses in our community! There will also be a booklet that is a guide for the course. You can utilize this to take notes, and bring it with you during your labour and birth expereince.
If you are local to the Regina area and plan to attend class in-person, you will receive Welcome Package at class 1. If you are out of town, or unable to attend class one in person, we will ship your Welcome Package to you a few days ahead of time!

Pregnancy recorded class
Upon purchasing this course, you will receive a link to a prerecorded class relating to managing pregnancy. This is useful to view and refer back through all throughout your pregnancy!
In case of bad weather
Please note that if there is a weather issue, such as a blizzard, extremely icy road conditions, or any other issue which is deemed a hazard to drive in, we will host the class online. In such a case, participants will be notified via email as soon as possible.
