Service Description
Join us for our in-person parenting walking group, Root & Grow, led by Taylor, a Registered Social Worker with a background in perinatal mental health. Bring your baby and build your community while you grow into this wild ride we call parenthood. Feel safe to share and connect with other parents in a supportive and welcoming environment, while getting outside for some fresh air. The group will meet at 10 am at the Kiwanis Waterfall and enjoy a leisurely walk and chat. Join us and take your first step towards a healthier and happier parenthood journey. Dates: Thursday's: June 4, 18, 25 Tuesday's: July 7, 14,21, 28
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives. Consults of any type may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Failing to cancel or reschedule will result in a full charge for your consultation. Sleep coaching service refunds may be granted until the sleep plan is provided, minus a $25 administration fee.
