Root & Grow Summer Group

Service Description

Join us for our in-person parenting group, Root & Grow, led by Taylor, a Registered Social Worker with a background in perinatal mental health. Bring your baby and build your community while you grow into this wild ride we call parenthood. Feel safe to share and connect with other parents in a supportive and welcoming environment. This class will guide you through the joys and struggles of early parenthood, while delivering much-needed support and tools to manage your mental wellbeing throughout your postpartum journey. Join us every other Wednesday at The Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre, 2900 13th Ave. and take your first step towards a healthier and happier parenthood journey. NOTE: We are able to offer this group as a reduced rate for those people who do not have Social Work coverage via private health benefits. If you do have private benefits, please select that price option. This will allow us to offer this service to as many people as possible!

Cancellation Policy

Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives. Consults of any type may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Failing to cancel or reschedule will result in a full charge for your consultation. Sleep coaching service refunds may be granted until the sleep plan is provided, minus a $25 administration fee.
