Root & Grow Drop-in Session

Service Description

Join us for our drop-in parenting group, Root & Grow, led by Taylor, a Registered Social Worker with a background in perinatal mental health. Bring your baby and build your community while you grow into this wild ride we call parenthood. This drop in session is great for those who are pregnant and due in the fall and for those with babies and young children looking to connect with others navigating this while ride we call parenthood! Feel safe to share and connect with other parents in a supportive and welcoming environment. Come and build your support network while receiving tools and support to manage your mental wellbeing. This session will be held outside, at the Rick Hansen Park, 1010 McCarthy Blvd. As this is a drop-in session, you don't need to sign up, and can join last minute! If you would like to sign-up ahead of time that helps us know our numbers :-) NOTE: We are able to offer this group completely FREE due to funding from Flora's Walk Regina. We hope to continue these drop in sessions into the Fall and Winter at our usual indoor location at the Cathedral Community Centre.

Cancellation Policy

Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives. Consults of any type may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Failing to cancel or reschedule will result in a full charge for your consultation. Sleep coaching service refunds may be granted until the sleep plan is provided, minus a $25 administration fee.
