Service Description

Spend time with Loreli, a certified Infant Sleep Consulting Professional, along with other pregnant people and parents, to learn how to help your baby get to sleep, from night 1! This class happens on March 29th, at 7:30pm Saskatchewan time. In this class you will learn about how newborns sleep, what to expect, and how to work to make sure that everyone in your home gets as much restorative sleep as possible in those early newborn days. Having a babydoll and a swaddling blanket are helpful items for this class, but not required! Upon booking this class, you will receive an email with an eBooklet of the same name. We invite you to use this to follow along, and refer back to after class is done! You will receive a Zoom link for this course a couple days prior to our meet-up :-) Also, please note that there needs to be a minimum of 4 participants for this course to go. If the minimum is not reached, participants will be notified 24 hours prior to the course, and given a full refund. Cancellation Policy

Prenatal class registration may be cancelled up to two weeks in advance of the first class for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25 CAD. In the event of a pregnancy loss, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to take the class when their rainbow baby arrives. Consults of any type may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Failing to cancel or reschedule will result in a full charge for your consultation. Sleep coaching service refunds may be granted until the sleep plan is provided, minus a $25 administration fee.
