Service Description
Join us for our in-person parenting walking group, Root & Grow, led by Taylor, a Registered Social Worker with a background in perinatal mental health. Bring your baby and build your community while you grow into this wild ride we call parenthood. Feel safe to share and connect with other parents in a supportive and welcoming environment, while getting outside for some fresh air. The group will meet at 10 am at the Kiwanis Waterfall or Southland Mall, and enjoy a leisurely walk and chat. Join us and take your first step towards a healthier and happier parenthood journey. Dates: Tuesday's: Aug 4&18 outdoors, at Kiwanis Oark Aug 11&25 indoors, at the Southland Mall
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All group registrations may be refunded up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. All private therapy consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Failure to cancel within the allowed time frame will result in a full charge for the consultation.
